Zeta System LLC (“Zeta System,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to zeta-system.net (the “Site”) and of the businesses we correspond with. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how and why we use it, the parties with whom we may share it, how long we keep it, and the rights you may have. It applies to information processed in connection with the Site and our related business communications. It does not govern information we process under a separate written engagement agreement, which is addressed in that agreement.

1. Who we are

Zeta System LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that provides strategic advisory services to businesses. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, Zeta System LLC is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our contact details are set out at the end of this policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form or otherwise correspond with us, we collect your name, company, work email address, and the contents of your message, together with any further information you choose to share.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Information from third parties. We may receive limited information from service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as analytics, hosting, and email providers.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or financial-account data) through the Site, and we ask that you not submit such information to us.

3. How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • evaluate, establish, and administer a potential or actual business engagement;
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site and our services;
  • understand how the Site is used and measure its performance;
  • detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and misuse; and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our agreements and policies.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent (for example, for non-essential cookies); the performance of, or steps taken at your request prior to entering into, a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business, securing the Site, and responding to inquiries, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to understand usage. For details about the categories of cookies we use and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

6. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process information on our behalf and under contract - for example, website hosting, email, analytics, and payment processing - limited to what they need to perform their services.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Zeta System LLC, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

7. International transfers

Zeta System LLC is a United States (Wyoming) entity and operates internationally. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
